主席,我地成日話要發展智慧城市,其實除左係利用創新科技便利市民日常生活之外,另一個目的係改善市民生活質素,點樣利用科技改善生活環境,利用科技降低人類對環境既破壞,係我地當務之急。

係外國,利用科技改善環境唔係新既政策,發展智慧城市是全球趨勢,既可有效減省資源消耗、促進可持續發展,又可提高該城市的宜居性、提升整體城市的競爭力。我期望政府能把綠色概念與創新科技融合,推動低碳生活和減緩氣候變化。
