走在公義路上 羅拔甘迺迪離世50週年

五十年前的六月,贏得加州總統提名初選的紐約參議員羅拔甘迺迪(Robert F. Kennedy),在舉辦慶祝活動的酒店被一名槍手向他頭部開槍。他的一生在歷史記述來到一個句點,世界卻朝著另一個方向繼續寫下去。

筆者記憶中的1968是個灰暗的一年。越戰和冷戰持續著,但更加令人沮喪的是另一位歷史巨人也相繼隕落了。美國黑人民權運動領袖馬丁路德金早於兩個月前亦不幸遭暗殺。甘迺迪和金生於同一個亂世,雖然來自截然不同的背景,但卻越走越近,最後的人生在1968年走上同一個交叉路上與世長辭。
